Dynamic Quote Builder

By installing or using the Dynamic Quote Builder application (“the App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, you must not use the App.

1. Use of the App

Dynamic Quote Builder allows you to create customized quote forms and generate dynamic pricing on your Wix site. You are solely responsible for configuring, managing, and reviewing the content created through the App.

2. Intellectual Property

The App and all its content, code, and design are the property of Universal Web Code and are protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or resell the App without prior written permission.

3. Data Storage

All user-submitted data through the forms is stored in your own Wix CMS collections. Universal Web Code does not access, view, or control this data in any way.

4. Limitation of Liability

The App is provided “as is.” Universal Web Code makes no warranties that the functionality will be uninterrupted or error-free. We are not liable for data loss, service interruptions, or any direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the App.

5. Changes and Updates

We may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted in the App’s listing on the Wix App Market or communicated via in-app notifications.

6. Termination of Service

You may uninstall the App from your Wix site at any time. Uninstalling the App will revoke access to its features, but will not delete previously stored data from your CMS collections.

7. Technical Support

We provide limited email-based technical support for issues directly related to the App. Support does not include custom development or external configuration services.

8. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the country where Universal Web Code is registered. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of that jurisdiction.
